Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium espresso based beverages and specialty coffee to company standards
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
- Demonstrate knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and beverage preparation
- Create latte art and ensure consistency in every drink served
- Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide exceptional service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and customer areas
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and daily opening/closing procedures
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation regulations
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in a specialty coffee shop
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and coffee brewing techniques
- Experience with latte art is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong attention to detail
- Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage

Job Description – Barista (Specialty Coffee Shop)
- We are seeking a passionate and customer focused Barista to join our specialty coffee shop in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and experience preparing high quality beverages in a fast paced café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium espresso based beverages and specialty coffee to company standards.
