We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic
Spa Manager
to lead the spa operations at a prestigious
5-star ultra-luxury private hotel
in Riyadh.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader with a passion for wellness, luxury service, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the
- daily operations
- of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experience at all times
- Lead, train, and motivate a
- team of 5 therapists and support staff
- Maintain the highest standards of
- service, hygiene, and presentation
- in line with luxury brand expectations
- Demonstrate strong
- product knowledge
- and drive retail sales performance
- Manage staff schedules, performance, and ongoing training
- Ensure smooth operation by being
- hands-on
- and stepping in when required
- Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve service standards
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver a seamless luxury experience
- Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination
Requirements
- Proven experience as a
Spa Manager Or Assistant Spa Manager
- in a
- luxury hotel or high-end spa
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and guest service abilities
- In-depth knowledge of
- spa treatments, products, and wellness trends
- Flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Role Details
- Location: Riyadh (with occasional travel)
- 5 days per week \| 8 hours per day
- Paid overtime
- 1-year renewable contract
