Responsibilities
- Take food and beverage orders from guests via phone or in person
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation
- Set up and clear dining areas in guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness
- Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including specials and dietary needs
- Process guest payments and handle transactions (cash/credit card)
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Ensure proper setup of trays, carts, and room service equipment
- Restock and replenish room service items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the room service area
- Assist with preparing condiments, utensils, and beverages for service
- Ensure guests are satisfied and encourage feedback
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service (room service experience preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Description
