  • Train, coach, and mentor new team members.
  • Ensure compliance with Front Office quality standards and policies.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in daily management of room inventory to optimize revenue.
  • Manage the membership program and ensure member recognition.
  • Drive the Front Desk Up selling Program.
  • Foster cooperation and trust among colleagues and departments.

  • Collaborate with AFOM to assess staffing and performance levels.
  • Maximize room occupancy and utilize up selling techniques.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality or Rooms Division
  • 2 to 5 years' experience
  • Fluent in English; a second language is a plus
