- Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer requests, complaints, and concerns professionally
- Clear and reset tables after guests leave
- Process bills and accept cash, card, or digital payments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area
- Follow food safety, health, and company standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
