- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Process reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions
- Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the property management system
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and prepare daily reports when required
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and service procedures
Requirements
- 2 years of guest services experience
- 3 years of UAE experience
- Immediate joiner preferred
