- Monitor swimming pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests and residents

- Conduct routine inspections of the pool area and report any hazards or maintenance issues
- Ensure lifesaving equipment is available, functional, and properly maintained
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck and surrounding areas
- Assist guests with pool related inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Valid Lifeguard Certification (recognized in the UAE)
- Valid CPR, AED, and First Aid certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a lifeguard is preferred
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically fit with strong swimming and rescue skills

Job Summary
- The Pool Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety and well being of all pool users by monitoring activities, enforcing pool rules, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a safe and clean swimming environment.
- The role requires excellent observation skills, physical fitness, and a strong commitment to customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor swimming pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests and residents.
- Enforce pool rules and safety regulations at all times.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including water rescues and first aid situations.
- Administer CPR and first aid when required and contact emergency services if necessary.

- Record daily activities, incidents, and maintenance observations in the logbook.
- Support the opening and closing procedures of the pool facility.
- Comply with company policies, UAE health and safety regulations, and emergency response procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Lifeguard Certification (recognized in the UAE).
- Valid CPR, AED, and First Aid certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a lifeguard is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Physically fit with strong swimming and rescue skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergencies.
Pay
- AED 1,500.00 AED 2,000.00 per month
