Role Overview
Deliver intuitive, personalised service and memorable dining experiences for guests at Banyan Tree Dubai.
Anticipate guest needs and reflect the brand's warmth, elegance, and attention to detail.
Guest Experience
- Welcome guests and escort them to their table where required.
- Present menus, explain dishes and specials, and recommend beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Deliver orders efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
- Respond promptly to requests, build rapport, and personalise service.
- Handle enquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
Operational Excellence
- Prepare the restaurant before service according to brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, service stations, and back-of-house areas.
- Reset and maintain tables throughout service.
- Follow the sequence of service and departmental SOPs.
- Process guest bills accurately and support opening and closing procedures.
