Identify new business opportunities, build commercial relationships, and deliver tailored sales strategies to increase bookings and maximise revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Drive leisure revenue through affluent travellers, luxury vacationers, families, and leisure groups.
- Use holiday packages, exclusive offers, seasonal promotions, and strategic partnerships to maximise revenue.
- Develop leisure-focused sales strategies aligned with the luxury positioning of both properties.
- Create tailored initiatives, packages, and promotions for different leisure segments.
- Build relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, luxury travel advisors, DMCs, leisure partners, high-value clients, and VIP guests.
- Monitor bookings, revenue contribution, production, and market trends, and provide regular sales updates and insights.
Requirements
- Commercial focus on leisure sales across key international and regional source markets.
- Ability to develop tailored sales strategies for luxury properties and different leisure segments.
- Ability to build relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, luxury travel advisors, DMCs, and leisure partners.
