Lead sales for Banyan Tree Dubai and Delano Dubai with a strong focus on the leisure segment.
Drive revenue growth and brand visibility across international and regional source markets.
Target high-net-worth individuals, vacationing families, luxury travellers, and leisure groups.
Revenue generation
- Drive leisure revenue by targeting affluent travellers, luxury vacationers, families, and leisure groups.
- Identify holiday packages, exclusive offers, seasonal promotions, and strategic partnerships to maximise revenue.
Strategic sales planning
- Develop and execute leisure-focused sales strategies for both properties.
- Create tailored sales initiatives, packages, and promotions for different leisure segments.
- Align sales activity with each property's luxury positioning and individual identity.
Client relationship management
- Build relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, luxury travel advisors, DMCs, and key leisure partners.
- Develop relationships with high-value leisure clients and VIP guests to support repeat business and loyalty.
Sales reporting and analysis
- Monitor bookings, revenue contribution, production, and market trends.
- Provide regular sales updates and insights and adjust strategies to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Knowledge of leisure sales and luxury travel markets is required for the described role scope.
- Ability to develop tailored sales strategies for different leisure segments and luxury properties.
- Ability to build commercial relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, luxury travel advisors, DMCs, and leisure partners.
