Responsibilities
- Respond to guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Greet arriving guests courteously and thank departing guests.
- Inform senior staff about guest comments and complaints.
- Follow service standards, hotel policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Set up beach beds, cabanas, sunbeds, umbrellas, towels, and service stations.
- Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of beach areas.
- Provide clean towels to guests and pack umbrellas in the evening.
- Report suspicious occurrences and hazardous conditions immediately.
- Attend mandatory meetings and perform other assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
- One to three years of experience in a four- or five-star hotel.
- Confident spoken English communication.
- Five-star hotel or relevant hospitality industry experience.
- Creativity and passion for food and customer service.
