Front Desk Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and care for them throughout their stay.
- Maintain the cashier float and ensure accurate daily reporting of money received.
- Provide high-quality service, anticipate guest needs, and handle complaints sensitively through resolution.
- Support sales targets, build personalized guest relationships, and maintain an orderly front-desk work area.
Qualifications
- A service-focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
- Prior experience with Opera PMS or a related system.
- Fluency in English.
- A bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification is required.
- Relevant experience in the hotel industry is required.
