The role is central to guest check-in, check-out, assistance, reservations, and room sales optimization.
The schedule rotates across a 24-hour operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and remain available to provide service and assistance.
- Handle check-in, check-out, reservations, and related front-office operations.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, city landmarks, and attractions.
- Assist with guest requests, connect guests with appropriate colleagues, and resolve customer problems.
- Maintain guest customer profiles and follow Front Office reporting requirements.
- Promote hotel facilities and services and optimize room sales according to policy.
