Job Description
Novotel Hotels is hiring a Plumber to support plumbing systems and equipment across hotel facilities.
Responsibilities
- Install water supply and drainage systems in kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry areas.
- Repair leaks, clogged drains, broken pipes, faucets, and toilets.
- Respond to emergency plumbing issues to minimize operational disruptions.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety and compliance.
- Install and maintain water heaters and boilers for hot water supply.
- Support sanitation and hygiene standards through plumbing maintenance, including grease traps.
- Connect and maintain dishwashers, ice machines, washing machines, and similar appliances.
- Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and management teams.
- Record repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Complete a recognized plumbing apprenticeship or vocational training program.
- Know local plumbing codes and health regulations.
- Have experience with commercial plumbing systems, especially in hospitality settings.
- Read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Have physical stamina and manual dexterity for tools and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with teams and report issues.
