- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Role
- The Waiter is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service while creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable dining experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests courteously and professionally
- Present menus and explain menu items, daily specials, ingredients, and beverage options
- Make food and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards
- Monitor tables and replenish beverages
- Present bills and process payments
- Prepare service station and set up tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Promote menu specials and practice upselling
Pre requisites
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage service
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
