- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and bar supplies
- Refill ice bins and ensure bartenders have everything needed during service
- Collect and wash glassware, bar tools, and equipment
- Clean and maintain bar areas, counters, floors, and storage spaces
- Remove trash and recycle throughout shifts
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Change kegs and replenish beverage inventory
- Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages
- Support bartenders by delivering supplies quickly during busy periods
- Follow health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs/23 kg)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous restaurant or bar experience is a plus but often not required

Barback Job Description
- A Barback supports bartenders and helps keep the bar running efficiently. This is an entry level position in the hospitality industry and often serves as a pathway to becoming a bartender.
Key Responsibilities
