Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, spirits, and other beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Prepare garnishes, fresh juices, syrups, and other bar ingredients required for daily operations
- Ensure beverages are served accurately, promptly, and in accordance with company service standards
- Welcome guests professionally and provide courteous, attentive service
- Set up and organize the bar before service, ensuring all equipment, glassware, and ingredients are available
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, refrigerators, and storage areas throughout the shift
- Replenish bar stock, glassware, ice, garnishes, and other operating supplies during service
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating beverage stock following FIFO principles
- Work closely with bartenders, servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Participate in all scheduled training sessions and continuously develop bartending knowledge and skills
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or bar environment
- Basic understanding of beverage preparation and bar operations
- Willingness to learn mixology and premium beverage service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn

Role Overview
- The Junior Bartender is responsible for assisting the bar team in preparing and serving beverages while delivering friendly, efficient, and professional guest service.
- The role supports daily bar operations by maintaining cleanliness, preparing ingredients and garnishes, ensuring adequate stock levels, and learning beverage preparation techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, spirits, and other beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Prepare garnishes, fresh juices, syrups, and other bar ingredients required for daily operations.
- Ensure beverages are served accurately, promptly, and in accordance with company service standards.
- Support senior bartenders during busy service periods to maintain smooth operations.
- Welcome guests professionally and provide courteous, attentive service.
- Respond politely to guest requests and refer complex beverage recommendations to senior bartenders when required.
- Set up and organize the bar before service, ensuring all equipment, glassware, and ingredients are available.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, refrigerators, and storage areas throughout the shift.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
- Replenish bar stock, glassware, ice, garnishes, and other operating supplies during service.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating beverage stock following FIFO principles.
Pre requisites
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or bar environment.
- Basic understanding of beverage preparation and bar operations is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn mixology and premium beverage service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,000.00 AED 4,000.00 per month
