- Ensure proper closing/opening duties are completed
- Assist in maintaining inventory of service related items (cutlery, linen, etc.)

- Previous experience in a similar role (restaurant or hotel)
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints calmly and effectively
- Good understanding of service standards and hospitality etiquette
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Summary
- The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily front of house operations, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth table service flow, and coordination between service staff and kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
