Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment and flexible shifts
- Relevant food handling and responsible beverage service certifications are an advantage

Job Summary
- The Senior Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service, preparing and serving alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, maintaining bar standards, and providing leadership and guidance to the bar team to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
- Supervise and support bartenders and barbacks during service.

Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a bartender, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment and flexible shifts.
- Relevant food handling and responsible beverage service certifications are an advantage.
Pay
- Pay: AED5,500.00 AED6,000.00 per month
