- Provide food and beverage services to guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner
- Ensure high quality, presentation, and safety of food and beverage items
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well prepared working environment
- Deliver courteous and professional customer service to all guests
- Serve food and beverage items according to service standards and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food and beverage service areas
- Refill hot and cold food items on buffet counters as required
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation
- Ensure hot and cold food lines are clean and properly stocked
- Comply with hygiene, food safety, and health regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia
- Support the service team during peak operational periods
Requirements
- High school certificate or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hotel, catering, or F&B service is an advantage
- Presentable, outgoing, and customer focused with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Good command of spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work shift duties
