- Prepare the annual sales revenue budget for Aerotel Hotel and submit it to the General Manager for review and approval.
- Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan aligned with the hotel’s budget, positioning, and commercial objectives.
- Build strong coordination with Operations, Finance, Revenue Management, and other internal departments to ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Report sales activities, performance results, and customer feedback to management on a regular basis.
- Monitor and analyze the hospitality market, including competitor activity, pricing trends, and demand patterns.
- Propose pricing strategies for rooms and services based on cost structures, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients including airlines, corporate accounts, travel agents, banks, and strategic partners.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and coordination with internal teams.
- Act as a coordination point between clients and internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Operations) to support contract negotiations, renewals, and agreement finalization.
- Monitor hotel revenue performance and P&L trends on a daily and monthly basis and recommend corrective actions when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven sales experience within the hotel or hospitality sector
- Strong understanding of the hospitality market, particularly corporate, airline, and travel trade segments
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM systems
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic

- Establish and execute a structured sales call plan to meet existing and prospective clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven sales experience within the hotel or hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality market, particularly corporate, airline, and travel trade segments.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable sales strategies.
- Highly organized, results driven, and capable of working under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM systems.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
