Responsibilities
- Assist in food planning, preparation, and production in accordance with Plaza Premium Group standards
- Support daily kitchen operations including stock control of food and beverage items
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness to exceed guest expectations
- Follow and implement instructions provided by the Sous Chef and senior kitchen team
- Ensure food presentation, production, and portion control comply with company standards
- Assist in monitoring and controlling food and beverage stock levels
Requirements
- Diploma or vocational certification in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotel, catering, or kitchen operations
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Good communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility
- Basic ability to read and write in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Valid health certificate as per Saudi regulations is preferred
- Willingness to work shift duties as required

Job Overview

- Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor as required.
Job Requirements
