- Supervise daily food and beverage operations in airport lounges to ensure high service standards and operational efficiency
- Perform supervisory duties including staff scheduling, task assignments, training coordination, and performance monitoring
- Ensure consistency in food quality, service standards, hygiene, and cleanliness across all outlets
- Handle guest comments and complaints professionally and take immediate corrective actions
- Monitor customer service delivery to ensure high guest satisfaction and premium dining experience
- Assist in controlling food and beverage costs, monitoring revenue, and minimizing wastage
- Support inventory control, ordering processes, and stock management
- Assist in planning and implementing procedures for events and special occasions
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and municipality regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia
- Support teamwork and effective coordination with kitchen and service teams
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage industry (restaurants, lounges, or catering)
- Service oriented mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced operational environment
- Good command of spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
- Willingness to work shift duties
