Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing across lounge areas including public areas, shower rooms, back of house areas, and buffet counters
- Assist in loading and unloading of food items when required
- Clean tables and service areas after guests have finished their meals
- Ensure store rooms are orderly and conduct regular stock checks
- Deliver food, beverages, utensils, and equipment to service areas when required
- Notify supervisors of any damages, shortages, or defects
- Ensure proper use and protection of cleaning equipment and tools
- Handle reasonable complaints and requests with professionalism and patience
- Strictly comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality operations
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards
- Attentive to detail with a positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently with good efficiency
- Basic spoken English communication skills
- Willingness to work shift duties

Job Overview
