License Requirement
- A UAE manual driving license is preferred.
Service Duties
- Take orders and serve food and beverages using suggestive selling techniques.
- Clear tables during service.
- Control guest cheques and secure proper payment.
- Set up stations and tables for service.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel products and services to answer guest questions.
- Respond to guest questions and requests in a friendly and caring manner.
- Keep the workplace and surrounding area clean and organized.
- Understand menu items and recommend food and beverage combinations and upselling alternatives.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.
Training
- Attend mandatory external and internal training.
- Follow the company training policy.
