Housekeeping Duties
- Prepare assignments and issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants.
- Track VIP, Do Not Disturb, Sleep Out, and Double-Lock rooms and take appropriate action.
- Attend daily meetings and receive special instructions.
- Receive check-outs before reporting rooms as vacant.
- Check minibars, appliances, and room furniture for proper placement and condition.
- Handle guest special requests, complaints, queries, and other face-to-face requests.
- Inspect cleaned areas using checklists and report inadequate cleaning, missing supplies, and repairs.
- Complete reports and hand found articles to the lost and found department.
- Supervise cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and stairwells.
- Train and assist attendants and advise the superior about performance.
- Assist with inventory and maintain housekeeping machines and equipment.
Experience
- At least three years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor is required.
Employment
- The position is full-time and permanent.
Work Location
- The work is performed in person.
Additional Duties
Attend mandatory external and internal training and follow the company training policy.
Perform additional duties requested by the Manager.
