- Visual Merchandising Manager (VMM) \| High-End Brand \| Dubai (Regional: 5 Countries)
- eMagine Solutions is the exclusive recruitment partner to one of the region’s most well-loved high-end brands and we’re hiring a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the visual story across 5 countries, based in Dubai.
- This role reports directly to the VP of Design and sits right at the intersection of brand, art, retail experience, and commercial impact.
- What you’ll be doing
- Own and elevate the visual merchandising direction across a 5-country footprint
- Translate creative vision into in-store storytelling that feels premium, intentional, and on-brand
- Partner closely with Design, Retail, Marketing and Store Leadership to deliver flawless execution
- Set regional VM standards, toolkits, guidelines and seasonal rollouts
- Coach and develop local VM teams to raise the bar consistently
- Bring fresh ideas, cultural relevance, and creative energy—without losing the luxury DNA
- Who this is for

- Proven experience in Visual Merchandising leadership within a premium / luxury / high-end environment
- Confident working regionally across multiple markets and stakeholders
- Someone who can balance creativity with structure, standards, and delivery
