Responsibilities
- Co create regional go to market and sales strategies to drive growth across the Western Region
- Manage and optimize the distribution network to improve availability, execution, and sales performance
- Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team; set clear direction and performance expectations
- Set, deploy, and track annual/monthly targets and KPIs; ensure team can track performance and calculate incentives
- Run daily/weekly/monthly performance cadence with the team to review progress and action plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners across the region
- Work closely with Trade Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Sales Excellence, and HR to deliver business targets
- Monitor competitor activity (pricing, stock, promotions) and turn insights into clear action
- Review and analyze sales reports; translate data into decisions and execution plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role in FMCG/Food
- Strong commercial maturity with excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
- Strong analytical capability (forecasting, regression, cannibalization)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Arabic speaker with good English

What We're Looking For
