Role Overview

  • We need a highly organised Sales Administrator / BD Coordinator to run the engine room behind outbound business development: keeping leads clean, follow ups tight, recruiter KPIs visible, and the pipeline moving.

What you’ll do

  • Outbound BD coordination: manage daily/weekly outreach activity across LinkedIn/email/calls.
  • Lead sourcing + list building: use tools like Apollo.io to build targeted B2B prospect lists.
  • Lead management: maintain lead lists, segment accounts/contacts, enrich missing data.
  • CRM hygiene + sales ops: update stages, notes, next steps, tasks, reminders.
  • Pipeline administration: ensure every opportunity has an owner, next action, and timeline.
  • KPI tracking for recruiters: activity metrics and outcomes with weekly scorecards.
  • Weekly reporting: simple dashboards/scorecards for leadership.
  • Scheduling + coordination: meetings, follow ups, interview logistics, diary management.
  • Process + templates: maintain outreach templates, follow up sequences, trackers, and SOPs.
  • B2B marketing support (light): format outreach collateral and sales assets using Canva.
  • Presentation support: create clean, client ready slides for proposals.
  • Data quality: clean duplicates, standardise naming, ensure compliance friendly record keeping.

You’ll be a fit if you are

  • Highly organised, detail obsessed, and proactive with follow ups.
  • Comfortable chasing internally without being awkward.
  • Commercially switched on: understand what matters in a B2B sales conversation.
  • Strong with spreadsheets and reporting (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Confident managing multiple priorities.
  • Clear communicator with a professional tone.
  • Able to turn messy info into clean trackers, dashboards, and client ready outputs.

Requirements (must have)

  • 2+ years in sales admin / sales support / operations / coordinator role.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets (filters, pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic dashboards).
  • Experience working with a CRM/ATS or structured pipeline tracker.
  • Strong written English; comfortable supporting LinkedIn/email outreach admin.
  • Reliable, consistent, and able to work to weekly targets and deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Hands on experience with Apollo.io.
  • Basic B2B marketing understanding.
  • Canva skills.
  • Experience with ATS/CRM tools (Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Familiarity with outbound cadence management.
  • Understanding of recruitment KPIs and funnel metrics.
  • Experience supporting proposals, pitch decks, or client presentations.
