Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver critical Salesforce capabilities end to end
- Develop bulkified, testable, performant Apex (async patterns, queueables/batch, error handling, transaction management)
- Build modern UI with Lightning Web Components (LWC) with strong JavaScript fundamentals
- Own Salesforce platform architecture including execution order, transaction flow, limits strategy, and multi tenant optimisation
- Engineer secure, high volume REST/SOAP integrations
- Enforce code quality and governance, run technical audits, improve maintainability, reduce tech debt
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using SFDX + Git, automated testing, branching strategy, environment management
- Lead delivery in Scrum/Agile, translate requirements into technical execution, unblock the team
Requirements
- 4+ years hands on Salesforce development experience
- Expert level Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced JavaScript
- Strong understanding of governor limits, execution context, order of execution, transaction boundaries, and performance tuning
- Proven delivery of secure REST/SOAP web services and enterprise integrations
- Strong CI/CD experience with SFDX and GitHub or GitLab
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification

Role Overview
- We’re hiring a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive hands on delivery of enterprise grade Salesforce solutions in a fast moving, high volume environment.
- This isn’t a “title only” lead role. You’ll own the toughest builds, set the engineering standard, and ship scalable, secure, governor limit aware solutions.
What you’ll lead and deliver
- Hands on technical leadership: design, build, and deliver critical Salesforce capabilities end to end (you’ll code, not just review)
- Apex engineering: bulkified, testable, performant Apex (async patterns, queueables/batch, error handling, transaction management)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC): modern UI engineering with strong JavaScript fundamentals, clean component architecture, and performance first design
- Platform architecture: deep ownership of Salesforce execution order, transaction flow, limits strategy, and multi tenant optimisation
- Integration engineering: secure, high volume REST/SOAP integrations (auth patterns, payload design, monitoring, resilience, retries, idempotency)
- Code quality and governance: enforce standards, run technical audits, improve maintainability, reduce tech debt, raise the bar on reviews and release readiness
- DevOps + release engineering: CI/CD pipelines using SFDX + Git (GitHub/GitLab), automated testing, branching strategy, environment management, and deployment discipline
- Agile delivery: lead delivery in Scrum/Agile, translate requirements into clean technical execution, unblock the team, keep velocity without sacrificing quality
Required (non negotiable)
- 4+ years hands on Salesforce development experience
- Expert level Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and advanced JavaScript
- Strong understanding of governor limits, execution context, order of execution, transaction boundaries, and performance tuning
- Proven delivery of secure REST/SOAP web services and enterprise integrations
- Strong CI/CD experience with SFDX and GitHub or GitLab (pipelines, automation, version control best practice)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2) certification
Preferred (keywords that will help you stand out)
- Salesforce CLI (SF CLI), Scratch Orgs, Unlocked Packages, modular architecture, packaging strategy
- GitHub Actions / GitLab CI, automated DevOps workflows, release orchestration
- Salesforce Data Cloud exposure and/or Einstein AI features (Prompt Builder, Copilot)
- Marketing Cloud fundamentals: Marketing Cloud Connect, data sync concepts, AMPscript, SQL for Data Extensions
- Messaging for In App and Web (MIAW)
- Experience with enterprise CRM patterns, integration patterns, security by design, and high availability thinking
