Responsibilities
- Shoot high quality property videos: apartments, villas, off plan show units, and developer projects across Dubai
- Film and produce agent personal brand content — talking head videos, lifestyle reels, market updates
- Edit all footage in Adobe Premiere Pro: color grading, sound design, pacing built for social retention
- Create motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and animated intros/outros in Adobe After Effects
- Deliver platform ready formats (9:16 reels, 16:9 YouTube, stories) with fast turnaround — same day or next day edits for time sensitive listings
- Manage the full production pipeline: shot planning, filming, editing, exporting, and organizing raw footage archives
- Work with the marketing team and agents on content calendars and shoot schedules
- Maintain and manage camera gear, gimbals, drones, lighting, and audio equipment
Requirements
- 2+ years of videography experience, ideally in real estate, luxury, or lifestyle content
- Strong portfolio — property tours and short form social content required
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (editing, grading, sound) and Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, tracking, compositing)
- Confident shooting solo: camera operation, gimbal work, framing, natural and artificial lighting
- Understanding of what performs on Instagram Reels and TikTok — hooks, pacing, captions
- Able to handle multiple shoots per week across Dubai with tight deadlines
- UAE driving license preferred
- Available immediately or on short notice

- House of Orange is a Dubai based real estate brokerage and investment firm.
- We're hiring a full time Videographer to own video production end to end — property tours, agent personal brand content, project launches, and social media reels.
- You'll shoot, edit, and deliver content that sells properties and builds our brand across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
