About the Role
House of Orange Real Estate seeks a full-time Shortform Video Editor to own the edit pipeline, turning raw agent footage and property walkthroughs into high-volume short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Responsibilities
- Edit and deliver short form vertical videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
- Produce 1 hero video per week (property showcase, founder brand, or campaign piece)
- Build and maintain editing templates for fast, consistent, on brand output
- Add captions, motion graphics, sound design, and trending audio where relevant
- Manage the content library: organize raw footage, exports, and project files
- Export, format, and schedule content per platform specs
- Coordinate daily with the marketing lead on priorities and feedback
- Turn around urgent listing edits same day when required
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience, portfolio required (short form heavy)
- Expert in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve + CapCut; After Effects a plus
- Proven ability to work at volume — shipped 100+ videos/month before
- Strong instinct for hooks, pacing, and retention editing for social
- Comfortable with structured quotas and a one revision workflow
- Real estate or luxury brand content experience is a plus
- Based in Dubai or ready to relocate immediately

The Role
- House of Orange is a high growth Dubai real estate brokerage and investment firm.
- Content is a core pillar; publish daily across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- You'll own the edit pipeline end to end as a full time editing engine.
