The Opportunity

  • As a Secondary Property Consultant, you'll specialize in Dubai's resale market, working with apartments, villas, and townhouses across the city's most desirable locations.
  • You'll be backed by qualified leads, strong marketing support, proven systems, and leadership that is genuinely invested in your success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Source and qualify buyers and sellers across Dubai's secondary market
  • Conduct property viewings and client consultations
  • Negotiate offers and manage transactions from listing to transfer
  • Build and maintain a high quality portfolio of active listings
  • Deliver market insights and investment advice that clients can act on
  • Coordinate with banks, conveyancers, developers, and legal partners
  • Provide ongoing support through leasing, property management, and future acquisitions
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
  • Represent House of Orange at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions

Who We're Looking For

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred, particularly the secondary market
  • Strong performers from luxury sales, finance, recruitment, automotive, or other high ticket industries are also encouraged to apply
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
  • UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred
  • RERA certification is an advantage (or willingness to obtain it quickly)
