- Dubai secondary market experience preferred; strong closers from other industries welcome
- Strong negotiation, prospecting, and client relationship skills
- RERA certification or willingness to obtain fast
- UAE driving licence preferred

About the role
- House of Orange is hiring experienced Real Estate Agents and Property Consultants for Dubai's secondary (resale) market — apartments, villas, and townhouses in the city's top communities.
- This is a production seat: you get inbound qualified leads, in house photography/videography for every listing, CRM and pipeline systems that work, and direct access to leadership.
What you'll earn
- Up to 70–30% commission split — uncapped
- Our average agent closes 2 deals/month; top performers earn AED 200,000+/month
- Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses
What you'll do

What we need
