Responsibilities
- Plan, capture, edit, and produce high quality video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, corporate communications, product launches, events, and internal initiatives
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual content based on marketing briefs and business requirements
- Create engaging graphics, motion graphics, animations, logo stings, lower thirds, and other visual assets
- Produce marketing collateral, including social media creatives, digital advertisements, brochures, presentations, banners, and promotional materials
- Edit videos by incorporating music, sound effects, colour correction, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, HR, Regulatory, Sales, and other departments to develop creative content
- Ensure all creative assets maintain a consistent corporate identity and brand image
- Manage photography and videography coverage for corporate events, product launches, conferences, exhibitions, and internal activities
- Support website and digital platforms by designing web banners, landing page visuals, and multimedia content
- Stay updated with the latest creative design, videography, motion graphics, AI, and social media trends
- Organize and maintain digital media assets, project files, and creative libraries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Film Production, Animation, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in videography, video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing both video production and graphic design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Audition, Media Encoder)
- Experience with motion graphics and animation software (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar)
- Knowledge of AI powered creative tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway ML, Canva AI, etc.)
- Photography, videography equipment, lighting, audio recording, and camera operation skills
- Bilingual (English & Arabic) is an advantage

Accountabilities
- Plan, capture, edit, and produce high quality video content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, corporate communications, product launches, events, and internal initiatives.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual content based on marketing briefs and business requirements.
- Create engaging graphics, motion graphics, animations, logo stings, lower thirds, and other visual assets using industry standard design software.
- Produce marketing collateral, including social media creatives, digital advertisements, brochures, presentations, banners, and promotional materials.
- Edit videos by incorporating music, sound effects, colour correction, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects to deliver polished final content.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, HR, Regulatory, Sales, and other departments to develop creative content that aligns with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Ensure all creative assets maintain a consistent corporate identity and brand image across all communication channels.
- Manage photography and videography coverage for corporate events, product launches, conferences, exhibitions, and internal activities.
- Support website and digital platforms by designing web banners, landing page visuals, and multimedia content.
- Stay updated with the latest creative design, videography, motion graphics, AI, and social media trends to continuously improve content quality.
- Organize and maintain digital media assets, project files, and creative libraries for future use.
- Perform any other creative duties assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Film Production, Animation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in videography, video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, FMCG, or corporate sector is an advantage.
- Strong portfolio showcasing both video production and graphic design work.
- Bilingual (English & Arabic) is an advantage.
- Photography and drone operation experience is an added advantage.
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Audition, Media Encoder).
- DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or other professional video editing software is an advantage.
- Motion graphics and animation software (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar).
- AI powered creative tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway ML, Canva AI, etc.).
- Photography, videography equipment, lighting, audio recording, and camera operation.
- Basic web design, social media content creation, and digital asset management.
