Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual brand plans for the assigned psychiatry and neuroscience portfolio
- Build understanding of the UAE mental health and neuroscience market, including treatment pathways and competitor activity
- Develop and implement product launch and pre launch plans
- Create product value propositions, key messages, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans
- Develop scientific and promotional materials across digital and traditional channels
- Partner with Medical Affairs to communicate clinical evidence and treatment guidelines
- Plan and execute medical education programmes, scientific meetings, congress participation, and advisory boards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare stakeholders
- Train and coach the sales team on disease knowledge, product positioning, and objection handling
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prescription patterns
- Track brand performance against KPIs, sales targets, and market share
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and UAE regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline
- Minimum of three years of pharmaceutical product management or brand management experience
- Proven experience managing products within psychiatry, mental health, CNS, neurology, or neuroscience
- Strong understanding of the UAE pharmaceutical market and healthcare system
- Experience engaging with psychiatrists, neurologists, KOLs, hospitals, and healthcare institutions
- Demonstrated experience in brand planning, product launches, forecasting, market analysis, campaign development, and sales force training
- Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Willingness to travel within the UAE and across the GCC
- Arabic is an advantage
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred

Job Scope
- The Product Manager will play a key role in developing and executing the marketing strategy for an assigned portfolio of psychiatry and neuroscience products.
- The role will translate market insights, patient needs, and clinical developments into effective brand strategies and promotional initiatives.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual brand plans, including growth, positioning, differentiation, and competitive defense strategies.
- Build a strong understanding of the UAE mental health and neuroscience market.
- Develop and implement product launch and pre launch plans, including market assessment, forecasting, and pricing.
- Create clear and clinically relevant product value propositions, key messages, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop scientific and promotional materials across digital and traditional channels.
- Partner with Medical Affairs to communicate relevant clinical evidence and treatment guidelines.
- Plan and execute medical education programmes, scientific meetings, congress participation, and advisory boards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare stakeholders.
- Support development of patient awareness and disease education initiatives.
- Train and coach the sales team on disease knowledge, product positioning, and objection handling.
- Conduct regular field visits and joint calls with the sales team.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prescription patterns.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare discipline.
- Minimum of three years of pharmaceutical product management or brand management experience.
- Proven experience managing products within psychiatry, mental health, CNS, neurology, or neuroscience.
- Strong understanding of the UAE pharmaceutical market, healthcare system, and customer landscape.
- Experience engaging with psychiatrists, neurologists, key opinion leaders, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
- Demonstrated experience in brand planning, product launches, forecasting, market analysis, campaign development, and sales force training.
- Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex clinical and scientific information into clear product communications.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE and across the GCC.
Preferred Requirements
- Previous experience with a multinational or established regional pharmaceutical company.
- Established relationships with psychiatry and neuroscience key opinion leaders in the UAE.
- Experience managing innovative, specialty care, or prescription pharmaceutical products.
- Experience with product launches, market access initiatives, and omnichannel HCP engagement.
- MBA, postgraduate qualification, or professional diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Administration.
