- Detail oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience in hospitality, travel, loyalty, or service based industries is a plus

Position Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and relationship driven Account Management Executive to manage and grow strategic partnerships that contribute to long term business success.
- Note: The internal job title for this position is Partner Relations Executive.
- This role involves managing a portfolio of partners, ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing engagement, and mutual growth. You will act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams, handle contract renewals, and lead initiatives that strengthen collaboration and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Development & Onboarding: Identify and explore new partnership opportunities aligned with strategic goals; Manage onboarding processes including documentation and training sessions; Organize periodic partner refreshers to update on services, tools, or changes.
- Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of key accounts and ensure consistent communication; Build custom account strategies and monitor performance metrics; Collaborate on co branded campaigns or partner initiatives; Identify risks and growth opportunities, providing solutions as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
