- Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and overall profitability across the cluster
- Analyze market trends, demand forecasts, booking pace, and competitor pricing to make data driven pricing and inventory decisions
- Manage room inventory, rate plans, and distribution channels to optimize revenue opportunities
- Prepare accurate revenue forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams to align commercial strategies
- Monitor channel performance, market segmentation, and business mix to improve revenue generation
- Conduct regular revenue meetings and provide recommendations on pricing, promotions, and restrictions
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, revenue management systems, and distribution best practices
- Identify new revenue opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance overall commercial performance
- Support the development and training of hotel teams on revenue management principles and commercial awareness

Role Overview
- The Cluster Revenue Manager is responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies across multiple hotels to maximize revenue, occupancy, and profitability.
- The role analyzes market trends, demand patterns, pricing strategies, and competitor activity to optimize room inventory and distribution.
- Working closely with Commercial, Sales, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations teams, the Cluster Revenue Manager ensures effective forecasting, rate management, and channel performance while driving commercial success and achieving revenue targets.
