Position Overview
- Graphic Designer within the Publishing team, translating business needs into compelling visual designs across print and digital media.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret project requirements in coordination with the Senior Graphic Designer/Publishing Manager.
- Gather and clarify information to develop detailed design briefs.
- Produce original design concepts that meet cost, time, and brand constraints.
- Contribute ideas and artwork for marketing presentations and business development materials.
- Execute multi media design work—including print layouts, digital graphics, and photo editing—on Mac workstations.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high quality in all deliverables.
- Revise designs iteratively until stakeholder approval.
- Stay current with emerging design tools and techniques.
- Propose workflow improvements to increase efficiency.
- Support ad hoc design tasks as assigned.
General Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem solving skills and innovative mindset.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English typography.
- Technical Proficiency (Mac): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat Pro / iWork suite.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: AED 6,000 all inclusive (fixed) per month.
- Benefits: Duty meals, health insurance, visa sponsorship.
- Leave: Annual leave as per UAE Labour Law.
