- Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan, ideate, script, shoot content and edit doctor-led content, treatment demos, patient testimonials, and lifestyle B-roll across our UAE branches
- Produce scroll-stopping short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — plus polished long-form for YouTube and our website
- Strong understanding of social media and what performs across platforms
- Leverage AI tools for content creation, editing, and post-production (this is a must — think AI-powered editing, voiceovers, subtitles, motion graphics, and creative ideation)
- Edit in Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve with clean color grading, on-brand motion graphics, and bilingual subtitles (English/Arabic)
- Strong understanding of social media and what performs across platforms
- Work from our shared content calendar alongside social media coordinators, doctors, and branch teams to deliver assets on schedule
- Contribute fresh ideas in weekly marketing meetings — campaigns, doctor spotlights, longevity & wellness storytelling
- Manage and organize footage libraries so the wider team can easily access and repurpose content
- Direct doctors and non-actor talent with confidence, making them feel comfortable on camera
- What we're looking for ✨
- 2+ years' experience as a videographer (healthcare, beauty, hospitality, or lifestyle a big plus)
- Strong command of AI content creation tools (non-negotiable)
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and modern editing workflows
- Own camera kit preferred
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
- Eye for premium, modern, aspirational visuals
- Has driving license in UAE and a Car
