Role Overview

  • Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for the company's food brand portfolio, driving sustainable brand growth, consumer engagement, and profitable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the annual brand and marketing strategy for the frozen food portfolio.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, digital, social media, influencer marketing, PR, events, e commerce, and outdoor advertising.
  • Lead digital marketing, social media, performance marketing, and e commerce initiatives.
  • Manage media strategy, marketing budgets, investment planning, and ROI/ROMI optimization.
  • Manage creative, media, digital, PR, production agencies, influencers, and content creators.
  • Leverage consumer, market, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead internal employee engagement campaigns and execution in major industry events and exhibitions.
  • Track marketing performance through executive dashboards, KPIs, brand health, share of voice, engagement, and e commerce metrics.

Experience

  • Fluent in Arabic is a must.
  • 5–7 years of proven experience creating integrated 360° campaigns spanning digital, retail, PR, influencer, social, experiential, and e commerce, ideally within FMCG or Food & Beverage.
  • Flexible attitude and hands on approach.
  • Creative mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous experience managing agencies and social media.
  • Expertise in controlling budget.
  • Experience in event management and organizing major trade exhibitions.
  • Analytical mindset, data driven, with strong reporting capabilities.
