Responsibilities
- Build comprehensive, investment ready financial models and feasibility studies for new concepts, venues, and business opportunities
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities, partnerships, and expansion projects by assessing financial viability, returns, and commercial risks
- Support analysis of different deal structures, including management contracts, revenue share agreements, franchise models, and joint ventures
- Partner with the Business Development team to provide financial insights and commercial analysis for new opportunities
- Support due diligence activities, review financial information, and collaborate with cross functional teams
- Prepare investor presentations, financial reports, and performance updates to support leadership, investors, and external partners
- Act as a finance partner for growth initiatives by identifying commercial risks, evaluating assumptions, and providing recommendations
- Maintain and update financial models for existing concepts and portfolio companies, ensuring accuracy of forecasts and reporting
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in financial modelling, investment analysis, corporate finance, or transaction advisory roles
- Experience within Big 4 Transaction Advisory/Deals, investment banking, private equity, family office, hospitality group, or F&B/real estate investment functions
- Proven ability to independently build complex financial models, including multi scenario P&L, cash flow, and investment analysis models
- Strong understanding of hospitality and F&B financial economics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with experience developing financial models from scratch
- Strong experience preparing investor grade presentations and communicating financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and ability to identify risks and provide actionable recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams
- CFA, CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience with franchise structures, joint ventures, management contracts, or hospitality expansion projects
- Exposure to GCC/MENA hospitality markets and multi brand group environments

Summary of Role
- The role will support the group’s expansion strategy by developing financial models, feasibility studies, and investment analyses for new opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- The role will be responsible for translating business concepts into robust financial evaluations, providing commercial insights, and supporting decision making across investments, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- The ideal candidate combines strong financial modelling expertise with commercial understanding, particularly within hospitality, F&B, or investment environments.
Responsibilities
- Build comprehensive, investment ready financial models and feasibility studies for new concepts, venues, and business opportunities.
- Develop P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet projections incorporating hospitality specific metrics.
- Create scenario analyses and identify key assumptions, risks, and areas requiring validation.
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities, partnerships, and expansion projects by assessing financial viability, returns, and commercial risks.
- Support analysis of different deal structures, including management contracts, revenue share agreements, franchise models, and joint ventures.
