Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise AI architectures using Microsoft Azure AI services
- Build intelligent chatbots and AI assistants integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Develop Voice AI solutions using Azure AI Speech services
- Design and implement AI powered document processing solutions using Azure AI Document Intelligence
- Build Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise knowledge management
- Develop AI applications using Azure OpenAI Service and large language models (LLMs)
- Design semantic search solutions using Azure AI Search with vector search and hybrid search capabilities
- Build AI workflows that securely retrieve and process enterprise data from Dynamics 365 F&O and other business systems
- Integrate AI services with enterprise applications using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus
- Develop and configure Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions integrated with Dynamics 365 F&O backend services
- Design scalable, secure, and production ready AI architectures following Microsoft best practices
- Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to identify AI use cases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience developing enterprise applications on Microsoft Azure
- Strong understanding of Azure AI architecture and cloud native AI solution design
- Hands on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Azure AI Speech, Azure AI Language, and Azure AI Content Safety
- Proven experience building enterprise chatbot solutions using Azure AI technologies
- Experience implementing Voice AI and conversational AI solutions
- Strong experience designing and implementing RAG architectures
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval techniques
- Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Experience building and configuring Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions connected to Dynamics 365 F&O backend services

Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Azure AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Azure AI ecosystem, including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Azure AI Speech, Azure AI Language, and Azure Bot technologies.
- The successful candidate will have proven experience building AI powered enterprise solutions such as intelligent chatbots, Voice AI assistants, RAG applications, and document processing solutions integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise AI architectures using Microsoft Azure AI services.
- Build intelligent chatbots and AI assistants integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Develop Voice AI solutions using Azure AI Speech services, including speech to text, text to speech, and conversational voice experiences.
- Design and implement AI powered document processing solutions using Azure AI Document Intelligence.
- Build Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise knowledge management and business operations.
- Develop AI applications using Azure OpenAI Service and large language models (LLMs).
- Design semantic search solutions using Azure AI Search with vector search and hybrid search capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing multi agent AI solutions and AI orchestration patterns.
- Experience with prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI agent frameworks, and enterprise AI integration patterns.
- Experience deploying containerized AI applications using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning for model lifecycle management.
- Experience implementing AI security, governance, and monitoring.
- Microsoft Azure AI Engineer, Azure Developer, or Azure Solutions Architect certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and enterprise analytics.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of Power Platform and Power Automate for AI driven business process automation.
- Experience delivering AI solutions for Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or Public Sector organizations.
