Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group's overall supply chain and operations strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead demand planning and forecasting processes by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Finance teams
- Oversee inventory management across warehouses and retail locations, ensuring optimum stock levels
- Manage warehousing operations, including storage, inventory control, stock movement, and warehouse optimization
- Supervise domestic and international logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost effective transportation and import/export compliance
- Coordinate procurement activities with internal procurement teams to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and indirect purchases
- Monitor supply chain KPIs including inventory turnover, fill rate, OTIF, forecast accuracy, logistics costs, warehouse efficiency, and order fulfillment
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reduce costs, and enhance service levels through continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings and drive cross functional alignment on demand and supply plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and UAE regulatory requirements related to logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations
- Manage relationships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, warehouse partners, and key suppliers
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and business insights for senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 12–18+ years of progressive experience in supply chain and operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Strong experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics, and Procurement Coordination
- Experience within perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, luxury retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing industries highly preferred
- Proven experience managing multi site operations and leading cross functional teams
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar), inventory planning tools, and supply chain analytics
- Excellent analytical, commercial, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group's overall supply chain and operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead demand planning and forecasting processes by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Finance teams to ensure accurate inventory planning.
- Oversee inventory management across warehouses and retail locations, ensuring optimum stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Manage warehousing operations, including storage, inventory control, stock movement, and warehouse optimization.
- Supervise domestic and international logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost effective transportation, import/export compliance, and on time deliveries.
- Coordinate procurement activities with internal procurement teams to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and indirect purchases while maintaining supplier performance.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs including inventory turnover, fill rate, OTIF (On Time In Full), forecast accuracy, logistics costs, warehouse efficiency, and order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reduce costs, and enhance service levels through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Production, Retail, E commerce, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth operational planning and execution.
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings and drive cross functional alignment on demand and supply plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and UAE regulatory requirements related to logistics, warehousing, and supply chain operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CIPS, Lean Six Sigma, etc.) will be an advantage.
- 12–18+ years of progressive experience in supply chain and operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics, and Procurement Coordination.
- Experience within the perfume, cosmetics, FMCG, luxury retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing multi site operations and leading cross functional teams.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar), inventory planning tools, and supply chain analytics.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
