Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly accomplished and results driven Sales Director to lead our real estate sales division in Dubai.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the UAE real estate market, a proven record of leading high performing sales teams, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning, business development, and market expansion.
  • The Sales Director will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving organizational revenue targets, and strengthening relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Property Consultants.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while monitoring team performance through KPIs.
  • Drive off plan and secondary market property sales across residential and commercial portfolios.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leading developers, investors, brokers, and strategic partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence in Dubai.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to formulate effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to launch successful sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
  • Recruit, train, and retain top performing sales professionals.
  • Negotiate high value transactions and support the team in closing major deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant professional qualification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai's off plan and secondary real estate markets.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding multi million AED sales targets.
  • Experience in managing large sales teams and driving high performance cultures.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong network within Dubai's real estate industry, including developers and brokerage firms.
  • In depth understanding of RERA regulations and UAE property laws.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
