About the Opportunity

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales / Business Development Executive to support business growth and strengthen market presence within the UAE real estate sector.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, investors, and prospective clients while driving sales opportunities and expanding the company's network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Expand the company's broker network and channel partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Promote and present real estate projects to prospective clients and business partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to successful deal closure.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients and partners to ensure long term business relationships.
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and business development forecasts for management review.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales and/or Business Development.
  • Experience within the Real Estate industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of broker relations, channel partner management, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional business relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a target driven and results oriented approach.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
