Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced Group Marketing & Brand Director to lead the overall brand and marketing strategy across the Group.
  • This role will be responsible for strengthening brand positioning, driving international market expansion, accelerating digital and performance marketing initiatives, and delivering exceptional consumer experiences across retail, e commerce, and omnichannel platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury, beauty, fragrance, or premium consumer brands and a proven track record of building high performing marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Group's global brand and marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Define and strengthen the brand positioning, identity, and communication strategy across all markets and customer touchpoints.
  • Lead international marketing initiatives to support market expansion, distributor partnerships, and regional brand growth.
  • Drive performance marketing strategies across digital channels, including paid media, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, influencer marketing, and customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Oversee the Group's digital marketing and e commerce growth strategy, focusing on traffic generation, conversion optimization, customer retention, and ROI.
  • Lead the creative and brand teams, ensuring consistent brand storytelling, visual identity, campaign execution, and content development across all platforms.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including retail activations, product launches, PR, events, and partnerships.
  • Build a customer centric marketing approach by enhancing consumer experience across retail stores, e commerce platforms, and digital channels.
  • Utilize market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and strengthen brand performance.
  • Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
  • Establish and monitor key marketing KPIs, including brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, conversion rates, ROAS, customer lifetime value, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, Retail, E commerce, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between commercial and marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Branding, or a related field.
  • MBA or Master's degree in Marketing or Business is preferred.
  • 12–18+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong experience in Global Brand Strategy, International Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, and Consumer Experience.
  • Experience within the luxury, perfume, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, retail, or premium consumer goods industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading successful international brand campaigns and driving business growth through integrated marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, CRM, analytics tools, marketing automation, and e commerce ecosystems.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, budgeting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
