- Supervise and manage day to day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure all construction work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
- Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Ensure adherence to UAE building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate material procurement and verify the quality of construction materials.
- Monitor workforce productivity and optimize site operations.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in building construction projects
- UAE G+1 Certified/Approved Civil Engineer (Mandatory)
- Previous UAE construction experience is essential
- Valid UAE driving license with own vehicle
- Strong knowledge of site execution, quality control, construction methodologies, and project coordination
- Good understanding of UAE construction regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.

- Mandatory: English
- Preferred: Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil
Experience Required
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience in building construction projects within the UAE.
