- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors
- Allocate tasks and monitor workforce productivity
- Ensure construction work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Lead, supervise, and motivate teams of laborers to achieve daily work targets
- Train and mentor laborers on construction methods, quality standards, and safe working practices
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with project specifications
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations at all times
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders regarding work progress
- Monitor material usage and request additional materials when required
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of construction tools, machinery, and equipment
- Resolve on site issues promptly and report delays, risks, or incidents
- Maintain daily progress reports, manpower records, and site documentation
Requirements
- 10–15 years of proven experience as a Foreman in the construction industry
- Diploma or Technical Certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural works, finishing works, and site execution
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with ability to manage, guide, and train teams of laborers effectively
- Experience coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and project management teams
- Sound knowledge of HSE standards, quality control procedures, and construction best practices
- Excellent problem solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects within deadlines
- Non smoker (mandatory requirement)

Job Summary
