- Deliver holistic assessments on pricing and interchange initiatives along strategic, customer, financial impact, risk and feasibility angles
- Supervise cost studies that underpin the Interchange propositions
- Prepare recommendations on innovative new product business cases and present to Senior Management
- Collaborate closely with regional and country management across EEMEA
- Participate in cross functional teams and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and design opportunities to support EEMEA objectives

- Ability to manage projects and use project management skills for managing complex processes
- Strong team player who can operate effectively in a complex matrix
- Strong background in finance and analytics
- Excellent knowledge of Agentic Automation, Excel, and other Information Management tools
- Fluent in English

Title and Summary
- You will be leading the economics strategy for Mastercard products and services for Eastern Europe Middle East and Africa Region (EEMEA).
- You will design, assess and implement pricing and interchange driven initiatives to strengthen Mastercard’s competitive position.
- You will have broad exposure within the organization and work closely with Country, Division, and Functional management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic assessments on pricing and interchange initiatives along strategic, customer, financial impact, risk and feasibility angles.
- Supervise cost studies that underpin the Interchange propositions (including members briefings and meetings).
- Prepare recommendations on innovative new product business cases and necessary materials for decision making and present recommendations to Senior Management.
- Collaborate closely with regional and country management across EEMEA.
- Participating in cross functional teams and liaising closely with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifying and designing opportunities to support EEMEA objectives.
